Established in 2005, Yuyao Zhongrui Auto Parts Factory manufactures clutch and brake cylinder repair kits, pistons and related components. Our range also includes push rods, valve cores, and oil inlet and outlet fittings for automotive hydraulic systems.
Repair kit pistons undergo precision machining and surface treatment. Seals and cups are sourced from OEM manufacturers. Our factory has 90+ units of CNC machining equipment, 15+ years of machining experience, 20+ skilled employees and 200+ piston molds. We supply products to OEM manufacturers.

Piston machining, seals & packaging
Cylindrical grinding
We use centerless grinding machines to finish piston outer diameters, controlling dimensions and surface finish to meet piston-to-cylinder fit requirements.
Surface treatments
Specialist partners carry out surface treatments. The following options are available according to product requirements.
- Color anodizing for aluminum alloys, with colors matched to customer color references.
- Hard anodizing for aluminum alloys.
- Bright black oxide treatment for steel parts.
- Electroplating.
Seals and cups
Seals and cups are sourced from OEM manufacturers. EPDM and nitrile rubber (NBR) options are available according to customer product requirements.
Dimensional inspection
Key piston dimensions are checked by batch sampling.
Packaging
Custom PE bags, OPP/CPP laminated bags and printed color boxes are available, subject to minimum order quantities. Contact us to confirm quantities and packaging options. Packed cartons are secured according to transport requirements.
